Ahh! Finally the anticipated fashion collaboration has come. Rodarte hit Target Dec. 20th has prices starting at $9.99 to $79.99. I don't know how I forgot about the debut date but I'm heading over to Target tomorrow ASAP! Of course I've scooped out Target.com and started making a wish list in my head. But it's nothing like seeing it in person so I hope there's something left :(

P.S. You have to check out the incredible 13 year old Tavi as she went backstage at the Rodarte fashion show and got exclusive interviews! She said she had been working with Target and Rodarte since August! I'm so impressed by this young girl, Amazed actually.

Long time, no post. But since I've been super busy I have been doing some fashion scooping hence my new love of faux <(*keyword*) fur vests. I don't know how this happened but I've been seeing some cute fur vest around lately. Paired over a solid shirt any fur vest can make a trendy outfit.Rachel Zoe is an amazing illustration of how to rock these fur trends. She even has some from her line on QVC.

I think I like sequins

So I attended a fashion show a few weeks and I think i fell in love with two things...number one- French Connection and number two- Sequins!! I don't think I would have been interested in some of the outfits from French Connection if I hadn't seen them on these models. My favorite was the Mae dress with the peacock. Omg it's so beautiful!! Too bad its not in my budget right now :( But on a happy note I'm going to New York in about three weeks for Teen Vogue Fashion U (YAY!) and I really think a sequin piece is the way to go. Everyone was gushing at the Chanel fashion show about the models wearing the Jade nail polish. I'll admit I wasn't a big fan at first...but I went to the nail salon today and guess what I saw??? I absolutely love love love my Givenchy sandals! They are so comfy and you can't find a replica anywhere! Trust me, I know. I wear these everywhere! I'm going to hate to have to retire these in the fall :( buttt until then these stay strapped on my feet! :)

Christian Siriano is Affordable!

I have been to see this collaboration and its finally here! Christian Siriano has teamed up with Payless for an afforable limited edition. I don't look at Payless often but this gives me a reason to!They debuted on the runway last year a lot more edgier but I'm assuming Payless wanted to tone it down to make it more marketable.

Ready for the fall!!

I just got off the phone with my sister and we had a convo about boots and the fall! It cant come soon enough. Its funny because I have had my eye on some boots since last season (ie. the Maison Martin Margiela) and she just spotted some similar ones at Aldo. Great minds think alike! I cant wait to see what Top Shop and Aldo bring this year! Here are some of my most wanted obsessions...as you can see I have a thing for the "fold" and suede. Forever XX1's Home Collection

Ikea might have some competition. Word on the street is that Forever 21 will debut a home and beauty collection later on this year. Details have not been released yet but they will be in the larger stores. On Forever 21's official twitter they said "It is true. Although there is no set launch date just yet...we are currently in very early stages of development." I think it'll be great to see some trendy home decor from them. Now I'll be able to change up my room depending on my mood.Also I hate spending a lot of money on beauty items like mascara that expires in a few months so this will be neat to try.

It's so easy to make a casual outfit look stylish. With the success of Beyonce's last album, "I am...Sasha Fierce" Tina Knowles and her daughter Beyonce are creating a 'Sasha Fierce' collection under the line Deréon. The junior collection is "edgier and trendier and reflects Sasha Fierce’s daring and outgoing attitude”, says Tina. It is inspired by Beyonce's over the top outfits and jewelry as seen on her tour. "Sasha Fierce" will be availble at specialty stores, and department stores such as Macy's. I'm actually looking forward to see how far this line will go. For more information go here.
